As confit duck legs come in pack of 8 and there are 3 in family, bought one extra one. Scrummy, great taste.

Tasty but very fatty. Maybe I need to review how I am cooking these.

I like this - there is plenty of meat on the duck leg and so easy to cook but you do have to remove all that fat

Both my husband and I liked this product, it made a nice change from the usual. I also like the way Donald Russell advises on how to cook most products. Even though I would have cooked it the same way it is always nice to know for sure.

What can I say about these that I haven't said previously! Gorgeous,tender and falls off the bone. Full flavoured for duck.

I do find them rather salty but they are good in wraps with cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce.
